Wedding guest in Nerja - help

Myself & my partner are going to a wedding la roca rara in frigiliana in July & need advice on where to stay....we have been looking at the Riu monica in nerja.... All info welcome!!

Fly to malaga and Stay in Malaga and get the bus to Nerja and back. you could overnight in Nerja....

Hi, thanks but the wedding is in frigiliana so I'm thinking staying in Malaga would be too far out...

We stayed in the Hotel Jimesol, a few years ago. I booked it through Alpharooms, and found it suited our needs i.e central location and reasonably priced.
Doing a quick search on Alpharooms for the first week in July brings up over 60 properties (apartments and hotels).
If I were going again, I would probably look at the Plaza Cavana Hotel because of it's central location and generally good reviews.
