    Hi, I'm playing a gig New Years Eve Night, just me and my guitar and would love some song suggestions.

    I usually do a mix of Irish, so the wild rover, fields of athenry etc and some popular pop songs such as brown eyed girl, Wagon wheel etc obviously with it being New Years Auld Lang Sign will be sang.

    I would very much appreciate any suggestions you can make.

    Any Jimmy MacCarthy songs in there? You can blur the line between folk and pop playing songs like Katie, Missing You, As I Leave Behind Neidin, etc.
