Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I recently just purchased an apartment & now have tenants renting it. I received txt from them today saying they have been unable to set up broadband because the line is still active with a different provider but they can't say who. I know there was tenants renting the property before I bought it. How do I find out who the current provider is & do I need to provide them with any information myself? There is some upc boxes on the walls for the tv points.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance

Is the broadband service coming in via the TV connection (which means it has to be UPC) or is it a (telephone) landline?

If it is an eircom socket, plug in a phone and dial 199000 and 19800, that will give you the current provider and the phone number. Contact that provider regarding new tenant process. If it is a UPC socket, then contact UPC.
