    Hello,

    Logged online to Business banking...
    Trying to review an older transaction,from 01/10/2014.


    Getting this error:

    Error Code:
    9

    Error Severity:
    W

    Error Type:
    N

    Error Message:
    Start date preceeds transaction retention period





    What does that means,i cant get access to an older transaction  !?

    Thanks for your post here on Boards.ie. 

    The 'Transaction Report' option on Business Online will allow you to view your most recent transactions within a 90 day time frame. From what you have mentioned in your post, it would indicate that the start date which you entered is greater than this 90 days and so will not allow you to view this report.
