    Hi

I am trying to find a course (preferably one I can do on-line from home) in technology e.g.
    - getting the best from home entertainment systems like smart tvs / surround sound / satellite tv / dvd players / projectors
    - laptop troubleshooting / web security
    - android phones / iphones
    - cameras / photo editing
    - web design / wordpress

I was reasonably tech savvie a few years ago but not up to date with the new technology

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    Thanks in advance

I very much doubt you'll find a single course to cover all that. Best thing about having an interest in technology is that there is endless info online. Google is your friend.
Also boards is a great place to start for most of the items you've listed. Go to the Photography forum, Satellite forum, Android forum etc. Most forums will have FAQ and even browsing random thread's you can still learn a lot.
