Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Funny that. Reading your posts you would wonder do you actually watch games or just look up superlatives to describe the favourite player of the teams you support. Di Maria was Argentina's best player in qualifying and at the world cup. He won player of the year for Argentina, not Messi or Aguero.

Hazard would also play 'third fiddle' to Ronaldo and Bale. Like it or lump it he would end up in the exact same situation as Di Maria was in at Madrid.

I think you'd be surprised how much football I watch. The superlative research is done in my spare time.

But he hasn't. He's been clever. He is the best player at a top club, he will likely win the PFA Player of the Year award this season, when the time is right I expect he will go to Spain, when that happens I expect he will be the player receiving top billing.

Thread all about Anderson again....a move straight from the Mourinho playbook.

Absolutely, his posting style is just to distract us all from the hammering his team took and take the pressure Mourinho and his players. Genius.

I noticed you'd posted about Mourinho about 5 times today so I did a quick search and found out you've posted about him near 100 times.

For a Liverpool fan that's baffling and a little obsessive. What is it about him which allures you so much?

I don't agree that my posts are biased.
Eh, you're a Chelsea fan. Therefore you are biased by the very definition of the word.

But I'm a very reasonable and balanced Chelsea fan. However this is all irrelevant anyway.

I don't understand why people actually get wound up and emotional over him defending his own team, it's so sad and hilarious at the same time!

He has bizarre ways of "defending" his team like eye gouging opposing team staff , causing refs to retire due to death threats made on the basis of false allegations ,ambushing referees in car parks ,etc .

Not to mention calling opposition managers specialists in failure or donkeys who never became horses .

The media in Italy and Spain saw through him but in the UK they seem to lap up his churlish antics .

    Of course you are ;)

Doesn't take away from the fact, you don't seem to understand what bias is.

Do you ever get a hard on for players who aren't/weren't at clubs/nations you adore?

    And theres the bias.
Messi and his player of the tournament award called.

Very much derided at the time and took away from the real performers on that argentinian team.

Shocked with that, Chelsea really didnt turn up on the day, especially the mourinho style with focus on defensive solidity

Sure i get this (metaphorical) hard on that I keep hearing about for non-Chelsea, non-Barcelona and non-Spanish players.

Perhaps someday you can name a list of players and I will tell you where these players rank on the (metaphorical) hard on Richter scale but this is certainly not the right thread for that.

    Bahahaha balanced and reasonable.

The amount you post proclaiming barca and Chelsea to be the best using a thesaurus while you type.

    Please.

Discussion on this thread has moved quite a bit past anything match related. We'll leave it there.
