photoshop for beginners

    Hi people,

    I have a few questions. I want to try start using photoshop - just for a hobby, to see what I can do.

    I'm looking at a "photoshop for idiots" book - does anyone know what one would be most up to date?

    Can I use photoshop on an ipad? Is the ability to use it properly reduced?

    Can you get photo shop on an android tablet?

    For a start, take a look at the courses on www.lynda.com - I foudn them very helpful

    Hi Loubian,

    To start off, what are you using Photoshop for?

    Photo editing?
    Drawing?
    Painting?
    Image editing?
    Animation?

    You can't use Photoshop on an iPad.
    Zascar has given you a great link, I really like Lynda
    Another site you can use is digitaltutors

    Here are the requirements to run Photoshop

    I don't know if Photoshop could be used in ipad, but it's better if you use pc or laptop.

    maybe try lightroom first?find it much easier that photoshop

    No Photoshop cannot be run on an ipad as previously stated.
