Any of the littmans are excellent fairly pricey tho I have one got it on sale :) for an EMT you only need it for blood pressure so I wouldn't spend mad money on one but littmans are good

I have a Littman too. Got given it by a doctor friend when he got a new one.

For an EMT it doesn't really matter however - it's for BP only really, any noisy environment just revert to BP by palp or by machine if its in a post or something at a concert. The different between a decent stet and a good stet is negligible with any EMT use cases imo

Iv a Littman classic 3 in Turquoise :) it is great but not really required for EMT level I'm on the ambulance service student paramedic panel so will hopefully get more use out of it then think they are around €100 I got mine on a 70% of sale tho :) would have stuck with the old cheapo otherwise
