Hi Noreen,

If you would like our assistance at any stage, we are here on Boards.ie until 6pm and can look into account queries once we have confirmation, by private message, of the Electric Ireland account number, the name and address in full, and the telephone number associated with the account.

For data protection compliance, we can just deal with the account-holder/anyone who is named on the bill.
