Astec Alarm Bell Box LED

Hi all,

Installed an Astec alarm on my house and also parents a few years back and got some help here. However now the LEDs no longer work and was planning on trying to replace the LEDs with something like the ones in the link below.

However was wondering how easy it would be and if there is an easy connection point in the box to connect to the 12V.

I know I could replace the bellbox but would need an S22 so looking at this as a cheaper route first if possible.

You can get 12 volt dc from
right side of bell connection +
Common side of any zone -

Finally managed to get around to replacing the blue LEDs in the bell box today. Very simple task. Just replaced them with the LEDs in the link below and all works fine. Only took 20 minutes. Thanks to Koolkid too for PMing me a link to the Engineers manual.

I'd say they stand out with blue LEDs.

The blue is the way to go. Stands well out from the ice white. Green is another.
