Anyone else sick of Eircom throttling downloads?

Eircom you not the policemen of the internet. I pay for a service and says unlimited on my bill and its bad enough the price of internet from you and the speeds are not that great. Its great ESB broadband is coming and we might have decent speeds in a couple of years and a new provider to go to. Eircom should be doing everything in its power to please its customers not annoy them.
