Soft corn tortillas filled with chicken, chopped bell peppers, red onions, jalapenos, black olives, tomatoes, salsa, and plenty of cheese. Slow baked for about an hour. Then smothered in guacamole. Yummmmmmy! Oh, goes well with XX beer too.
