    Afternoon everyone.

    Took that dog back to the neighbours this morning. Apparently they didn't even know he was out. He's usually a house dog, how could you not miss him! At least check he's in the house before going to bed.

    Well then report his useless owners anonymously and hope someone will give him a better home than the one he has.

    Our other neighbours have. I was talking to them a few months back and they said the warden was out to them all right over the dog wandering. He gave them a caution over it. That was it. Apparently if they are fed and watered and are deemed to be in good health then there's nothing they can do. As far as the law sees it he's not being neglected then.
