    since I'm not busy at the moment in general, I'm finding myself thinking about ex and how he is etc, so trying to keep myself occupied and distracted ( clearing out room and what not).

    yes that is a good tactique

    after i broke up with my ex for a month and a half i could not do anything else but watching series like day and night..
    it really helped me!

    but you know what also helped me is that i went to my psychologist and talking with her really helpe d me get through it..

    would you consider something like that? you may be surprised how helpful it can be..

    of course it is also meeting a right psychotherapist for you but you may anyway take a chance..

    yeah hard going for the first while, that's not a bad idea, been to some in the past that helped me work out issues and help me 'vent'. I do intend on getting help on something else that happened in the relationship, not serious, but affected me a bit so may consider that as well. I also think writing it out will help :)

    Is it too early for a hot whiskey :)

    Hot water and honey with cloves is meant to be good. Failing that hit your chemist.

    writer - this is always the dodgy time, the bad stuff is fading or you don't think it was as bad as it was. Chat to someone though, get it out and try not to dwell too much if you can help it.

    Never too early for hot whiskey.
    Only when it's for medicinal purposes.

    just got my next date for another autism presentation which is on the 29th of april. I'll probably know if I got a place at the college by then so hope I can make it :)
