    I have actually got so close in the past...a matter of a few days and I truly believe I would have been verging on feeling better than ever which is crazy really. I just gave into comfort food etc again and couldn't get the strength back. Cutting out junk AND exercising, even basic stuff, produced remarkable results - I felt like a feather I was so de-stressed within two-three days. Has to be both and not one or the other. Hopefully the current extreme is due to starting at college back in October and being a bit overwhelmed despite feeling prepared for the 'worst'.

    Havn't had Supermacs or any take out food in YEARS! There could be a Chipper across the road and I wouldn't ask to go to it! It's a pity I don't feel the same way about sweets n' chocolate!!
