I hope so. I believe I will be. People keep asking me and I can't give definitive answers because the neurologist can't give me definitive answers.

I am hoping I will never have another. But it's possible. I have to take care of myself.

I am feeling more normal. I had severe muscle lethargy for ages. Much less weak now. Scary though.

I have to be positive or else I will never get through it.

I had a seizure I have a 50% chance it will be the only one I ever have.

It's SO freaking weird. I literally came to in the ambulance and had no idea how I got there. You could have told me little green men put me there I would have gone 'uh ok!'
The paramedics said 'you had a seizure' and I was blown away. They kept me in for six days.

I am trying not read crap on the net about it. I just read how a guy broke his back during one on the fall! Not a good idea!


I really mutilated my own tongue! I was so weak and ill for ages. Sorry for moaning! I didn't have as much confusion as others though because of the type of seizure I had though thank goodness.

But the EEG and the MRI were clear. I feel really for my family though. I am actually realizing I am really lucky. But still I deserve a freaking break! So from now on in I am being nice to me. Regardless of what happens I can't control this. I can only be good to myself.

Gosh feels scary to joke about it.

I keep being told that stress and lack of sleep are triggers so i have to be good to myself.
