Good customer service feedback

    [font=arial, sans-serif]I would like to pass on a good feedback about one of your customer service representatives. I could not find email were i could send this, so I assumed that here would be the best place.[/font]
    [font=arial, sans-serif]He is Aidan from live webchat.[/font]
    [font=arial, sans-serif]I have had many chats online and on the phone with eircom customer representatives to solve my never ending problem. I have  always felt rushed and ended up transferred to 5 reps in one call and had to explain my problem again and again.
    Aidan has been proven to be most helpful person that I have contacted in eircom. All questions were replied instantaneously and accurately. Most importantly I didn't fell rushed as you normally do when contacting helpline.Extremely satisfied with this customer service representative.
    Can you make sure good feedback will be passed to his superiors
