How fat did Christmas make you?

This is exactly why I don't own a scales. If you control your waistline through exercise rather than starving yourself then the mirror is the only thing you need. :)

Do you know what my biggest problem was/is?

I rarely wear trousers or jeans. I wear dresses, and mostly not tailored dresses, so they tend to fit me if I go a few lbs either way, which is bad.

But yeh, I should not focus on the scales at this point when I'm fit and healthy. Tis hard though!

I have no idea how much I gained over Christmas or whether I've lost any of it since. I wear Penney's dresses that tend to fit me no matter how much I gain or lose. But someone told me last night I was looking a wee bit thinner. That'll do me grand for now!

    I'll just leave this here:

It turns out everything the Health Gestapo have been telling us about fat since the early 1980s is so much hooey! :pac:

I haven't weighed myself since Christmas yet but I think the muffin top has shrunk. Definitely feel a bit trimmer. I love this mild weather, really motivates me to get out and about. Spring is in the air :)

I'm two sizes down (well just about) since November, no diet. Didn't gain much (anything?) over christmas. Second year in a row

I lost a bit of weight over christmas, and have lost just under a stone since January. Magic!

Well, good news I am not gaining and not losing weight anymore! I am happy with that as I was not looking to lose any more and letting myself a lot of nice food in the last month! :D

Put on about 2lbs but have lost it and more since then according to the scales. I can always feel it in my clothes more so than the scales though! Trying to get into a pair of skinny jeans a few days after New Year's...it's a battle.

Dammit Whoopsie, all of my energy over the last six weeks has gone into not discovering the answer to that question :p

I'm starting a circuits class next week. I tend to exercise alone, so this will be er, interesting.

I am loving my healthy eating regime now. Unfortunately, eating healthily hasn't prevented me from getting a cold. Boo. I was sick last month too. Any tips?

Well done to all the weight loss!! :)
