Working abroad - Apprenticeship or college degree

    Would I have a better chance at securing a job abroad in America? I know it's a long shot either way but which would be the most likely to land you a spot in a place like California? By college I mean 3-4 years degree and my apprenticeship I mean electrical / plumbing
