I have attached a picture of a small bit of rust I have found on the pipe into my radiator in my kitchen.

Is this something serious, should I get a plumper?

Could be an old leak that sealed itself.

Does it leak when the radiator is cold?

I have never had a leak but when I found it tonight there was a tiny dried in redish water drop roughly under where the valve is.

I can check in the morning when it's completely cold to see if there is any leak

So I checked the radiator this morning when it was stone cold and there was no leak or any sign of water drips

    I wouldn't be worried
