Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Blackboard is currently down. Does anyone know when it's expected to be back up?

    ISS Bulletin - Blackboard Upgrade (Wednesday, 17 December 2014)
    Scheduled Downtime for Blackboard Service

    The Blackboard service will be unavailable from 5:00am Tuesday, January 6th to 11:00am Wednesday, January 7th. This downtime is to facilitate a service upgrade.

    During this time the following Blackboard services will also be unavailable: Turnitin, Blackboard Mobile, Echo 360, Skills4Study.

    Student Email Office 365 Maintenance Advisory Notice

    Friday, 19th of December, 2014

    Students are advised that ISS will be undertaking essential maintenance work on the Office 365 student email service during the week of Jan 5th 2015 to Jan 10th 2015. No disruption to the service is expected.

    In the unlikely event that you experience any issues logging into student email during this period or afterwards, please ensure you are using your Campus Account (Blackboard) password to log in to your student email account.

    And they decided to change my email password to my CASS one when they did this maintenance. Wonderful!
