    Could anyone recommend a good mortgage broker who would be well versed with properties in the Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown area.

    Try Declan O'Boyle he is based in Phibsboro but works all over Dublin he is in the business 16 years we found him great he is originally from Templeogue so knows all areas he is straight forward no messing with him and does not charge unless you get a mortgage.
    He is based in Mason Estate Agents in Phibsboro but he does not work for them that is just where his office is.

    thanks a mill.
    Really annoyed by the new 20% rule.
    Had been to a few banks to get a quote on the max mortgage amount that we could get.
