Group text not working on Nokia 625

    Hi the group text option is not working on my nokia 625 all of a sudden has anyone any ideas what might be wrong I have tried contacting emobile to no avail and can't find a link to any help line on nokia or microsoft site?

    Have you a group set up in the people hub or are you just adding contacts one by one with the add sign.

    Are you getting errors?
    Are you sending sms ok one by one?
    Have you enough credit?

    Have you selected the option to view group sms in the same conversation? Otherwise they will appear individually per contact.

    I have added members to my group and even if I send a test message ie short one word it bounces back, I can send to recipients individually no problem
    There must be something blocking the message or group texts but where the setting is god knows?

    you may need to toggle the group text button to on:

    >settings, then swipe right to applications then >messaging then toggle group text button to on.

    this sends the group text but it seems to me it sends it as an mms which means you may incur extra charges for it...i've mine turned off for that reason.
