    Anybody going to this? It's a free talk in the Sports Surgery Clinic for runners next Monday evening. Seems to be targeted at beginners but I'm sure advanced runners could benefit too.

    Sports Surgery Clinic
    An evening of discussion and practical demonstrations for beginner runners or those considering taking up running.

    Our Strength & Conditioning Team will cover the following topics on the night:

    'Couch to 5K and beyond' with Colin Griffin, Running Coach, SSC
    'Strength training for runners' with Neil Welch, Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach, SSC
