    Hi,

I've lost a contract with office included so It's going to take some time before I set up another space/contract.

On the other hand I have a few loyal customers and I really don't want to turn them away so i was wondering if there's any agent or bussiness park in Waterford where I can get office space (not shared) for two or three days in a month.

If I'm reading your post correctly, you're asking if someone will keep an office space available all the time, for your exclusive use a few days a month, and you only want to pay for it when you're actually using it and not for the rest of the month that they can't give anyone else the use of it...?! Or am I misunderstanding your question?

I think the OP is looking for some sort of business-centre type space, which would basically be access to a phone line, internet, a desk, etc.

There was something like this in that building that used to be Chez-K's/Il Veliero on William St some time ago, but I'm not sure if it's still there now. You could also try that Fumbally Exchange place (it's linked somehow to the Viking Triangle, but you can just Google it anyway). Even if they can't offer you space, they may know someone who can.

I think Dunhill ECO Park have a similiar scheme.

    Best of luck

Contact your local Enterprise Board (LEO) - they might know of places that offer that. They have some offices they let themselves.
You can definitely find what you are looking for.
