Agreed all contestants looked stunning - well done to each of them.

Have to ask though - what was Kathryn Thomas like with the "moves" 'n air thumping?

I hate to sound like a cnut here but watching it the other night all I could think was how far some of the participants have yet to go on their journey. They've made great progress so far but the real challenge lies ahead in maintaining that weight loss and loosing much more. I mean if you're 26 stone and loose 2 or 3 stone it's a great start but you really need to loose 10 stone.
