Roughly 4-5cm on the roof of the car, mini Olaf I made last night also got some natural bulking up by this morning.

Thaw looks like it's kinda starting here, east Limerick, but can hear loads of emergency sirens on the roads, it's pretty guys but be bloody careful out in it!

For those in the East who didn't get much snow from this event Met Eireann forecast offers some hope:
A mixture of rain, sleet and snow will then spread countrywide during Monday, and there may be a risk of significant accumulations of snow further east and north eventually. Generally cold conditions seem set to persist well into next week, with further threats of snowfall from time to time.

I came from Castledermot to Naas this morning.
There was a couple of inches of fresh snow in Castledermot last night but nothing much in Naas or Kilcullen.
M9 & M7 were perfect, both lanes open fully gritted.
Back roads were a bit of a lottery.

Woke up to about 1cm snow in Rathdrum, Co. Wicklow. Wasn't expecting it at all. My 10 month old puppy wasn't sure what to make of it on our morning walk, but quickly started to enjoy himself. Should prepare him if there is to be more for us next week!!

Rain and warmer temperatures moving into the south west now, so that's most likely the end of it for today

South side of Cork this morning. Himself has to work from home as no buses turned up. Staying to the now which would normally make me dad but just too excited about 'herself out west' as someone here put it. ..

Woke up to a dusting in Clonmel, which is a nice treat because the snow usually misses us here!

The warm front has appeared on the Kerry coast, it will advance during the day and there should be no snow left anywhere by about 4 or 5pm
