    Hi ChillyAngel,

    We can take any customer query details (apart from bank details, for security reasons) here on Boards.ie and on our other social media channels no problem. We are here until 6pm Monday to Friday.

    If you private message me (hover over my username to the left of this post and a dropdown menu will appear, with "Send private message" being one of the options; selecting this will open up a private message box automatically, with my username populating the recipient field) and outline the details of your query, I or one of my colleagues will look into it ASAP.
    If you are the account-holder/named on the bill, just please confirm also on the private message, your Electric Ireland account number, your name and address in full, and the telephone number we have on file for you, noting that you are the account-holder.
