Prepay Power Meter Not charged and ESB knocked off

    as the title says what do i do?

    How do we enter the credit???? if the electric has been knocked off due to no credit and the charger unit is flat?

    Hi theenergy,

    We would just require some clarification: is it the freedom unit (which is like a remote control for the PAYG meter) that is not functioning?

    If so, the top-up can be inputted manually into the main PAYG meter.
