Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,
I was wondering if anyone can recommend one of the above to do an inspection on a older property (1963) I'm looking to purchase in Carlow.

    Thanks

I can't remember his name now I can look tomorrow. He was good I am a builder so knew most of what needed sorted. He done the structure and was spot on. He was a bit expensive but it needed doing.

Great thanks, I'll shoot them a mail in the morning. I don't mind paying, it's a listed building so I need the report to be spot on so things don't come back to haunt me down the road :)

Best of luck with it anyway. I restored a listed building here. It was a lot of work but the house has so much more to it than a new build.
