Ten year experienced electrician, working as a maintenance technician for the last 3 years, cert in industrial automation and in instrumentation and process control. I'm looking to change jobs, and although I have experience in a high volume production environment, I don't have any experience in food or pharmaceutical, and I'm finding it hard to get any response from my cv, just wondering would anyone know of any companies who would take someone in my position on or how can I gain experience in these areas? Thanks in advance:-)

I am interested to find this out too. I am an electrician based in Australia. I have a professional cert in industrial automation, instrumentation and process control through EIT(possibly the same course you done). I am currently doing an advanced diploma in industrial automation and working in construction but want to gain some experience related to automation.
(sorry I can't be of any help to you)
