what's cuirt na rasai student accomodation like?

I'll be in GMIT next year and I was thinking of staying in Cuirt Na Rasai. Was just wondering what's it like in general and is it far from GMIT?

It's a bit out from GMIT but they send free buses out that direction. You're also 2 minutes walk away from a shopping centre. Hear it's a lot quieter than Glasán but have no personal experience in there.
