    Just wondering where I would get veal mince in and around the wicklow/bray area.

    Ask in Hayes' Butchers on Florence Road in Bray. You may be able to pre-order it there. I know they do it for lamb mince.

    You could try Farrelly's in Delgany, (01) 287 4211. They don't seem to have a website
