Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Its extremely windy right now and I am wondering if its safe to keep on the Gas Boiler?

I live in a terraced house and the vent which lets out the smoke/steam is at the front - its being assailed by the wind right now and i'm worried if toxic fumes are being blown back in.

You have a balanced flued boiler that is room sealed.

The high winds can have a negative impact on your gas boiler but as its room sealed it can have no impact on you in respect of your safety.

On a side note, one of the things checked on a regular gas service is the room seal on the boiler, a simple check that becomes much more important on nights like this.
