    My Debit card just stopped working with Paypal and no idea what to do.

    - ask paypal for support
    - ask Ulster bank for support
    - check if it is still working with other vendors
    - check you have the necessary balance

    Can you describe in some more detail what 'stopped working' means?

    Check your card expiry date.? I got caught out with this before.
