Not sure if I can get any help here, but I have about 70,000 - 75,000. Want to buy a small house in Cashel. Ideally not in estate, but would also consider estate. Houses currently on sale are either too big (and expensive) or too cheap (and in need of investment). Do you know about anybody selling a house not in market yet? Thanks
