Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Instant hot water tap

Anyone use one of these instant taps. I got one for my garage sink which originally had mains cold going to it. I had to put a lever valve on the pipe before the sink and turn it down to nearly off just to get hot water from it. I have now noticed that there is water leaking from the base of the tap. I'm wondering is this being caused by water pressure and is there another way of reducing the pressure rather than using a normal valve.

It's a EHT10 Electric hot water tap. I ended up getting a water pressure reducer valve today and that cured the leak Apparently the maximum statupic pressure should be not greater that 2bar. Mine was over 4bar even though I had the lever valve nearly in the off position.
