OMG - they only found two zeros on the pyramid €100

The four cash amounts they found totalled ocht míle - meaning that they actually won €100 more than Paul and Máire last week. :D;)

Love to know what the ratings for this awful programme are now.

They must be gone way down.

Anyone know where they can be got ?

It's an awkward moment for the show when the consolation money amounts to more than the BIG WINNINGS. For those of you who couldn't bear to watch here's what it looks like.

The Pyramid is the flagship game of this cockamaney show and the contestants only succeeded in getting two ZEROs (€100) this week. It's just so embarrassing. It's mean money. It's bad TV.

    One Hundred Euro Challenge. :D:D:D;);)

Next week's pyramid players will probably win a thousand - or even ten thousand - times that now. ;)

Brutal result for the couple involved. Feel sorry for them already.

This has to go down as the biggest load of trash RTE have ever produced.

Did you ever see Quicksilver....Starter for 5p

Quicksilver was one of the most popular game shows ever ran by RTE. It ran for 16 years from 1965, and was avidly watched by huge crowds every week, despite giving away meagre amounts of money. The largest amount any individual could win was £150. It traveled from town to town each week, with contestants winning their 5+ minutes of glory in the hot seat by a raffle held on the night.

    Evening peeps. :o:)

So the show has made it to Easter - and the folks at Montrose and Abbey Street will more than likely persevere with it now until the end of May as scheduled.

But what will happen this week? Surely we weren't the only ones who laughed when only two zeros were found on the pyramid seven days ago... :D

Is this garbage seriously still on? If this was any other network, they would have cut their losses, given Nicky Byrne his severance and returned to Winning Streak within a few weeks. I still don't understand the UpDown game which decides who plays the pyramidal chiffarobe. It is in no way a fair determinant of who gets through.

And as we saw last week, it's whoever wins the most money in this game alone that goes through to the pyramid - it doesn't matter even if that couple won only €4k in 'Crack the Code' while the other two won €32k for getting their codes right on the first go.

Even the Wheel Reveal on Winning Streak is fairer.

Back to related images in 'Risky Business' - this time it's, well, things you win for coming first in a competition. :D

    The audience weren't. :D

Now surely more than two zeros will be found on the pyramid this week. Surely?!?  :D:D

    Delighted she got it wrong.

She seemed like a normal albeit confident girl to me to be honest! And a very good looking one at that.

This pair are a bunch of head the balls!

Blimey, only just.    :D:D

And the cash amounts totalled €17k - with quite a cheer from the audience when that last €10k was revealed.

Did the members in question actually know that this was better than finding a zero (because it meant that Patrick and Ollie won an extra €1k)? :D;)

The wait for the winning of a million goes on, however... :D;)

Just saw Irish Pictorial Weekly and I'm pretty sure the skit advert for "Irish Air" was a bit of a pi$$ take of the dynamic Million Euro Challenge advert with all the moving objects, clouds and flying money. They'll be taking off the program next - Nicky watch out!

I saw the repeat earlier and it's still as **** a weeks ago. Still miserable prize money and far too many games involving computers. I'd say anyone picked for it is cursing that it wasn't winning streak.

I didn't see the point of Nicky having a peak at the card before he showed it to the rest of us.

    Evening peeps.

Will the million be won tonight?
