I was brought up on the shores of Clew Bay and I've had bad winds, but usually its the gusts which were the worst, at this present time, i went out to move the cars to the sheltered side of the car.
I can safely say I couldn't breathe and walk into the wind, unrelenting wind. Never come across that. And the driving hail with it, has really but the sh!T up me now if they are saying this will peak at 7am.

Same here yop. Brought up in Murrisk. It must be bad down there right now. Nothing of note happening here in Dundalk at the moment.

75 to 90 kt mean wind speeds at 850 hpa (currently around 1000 metres height with this deep depression) off the W & N coasts for 3am. Hopefully they don't come down towards the surface.
