    the 3rd time in 2 days....a lot of lightning around the caastlebar area in the past 2 days....and a good bit of local damage. more thundery showery overnight

    Yes! I thought I was imagining things.

    The wind hasn't really picked up here in Cork city yet. The rain is coming down heavily though.

    The wind was mad earlier this evening out Blarney / Whitechurch direction.

    Yeah - I think people in the East are going to get a shock tomorrow. The 18Z run looks very severe for the likes of the Dublin area from 9am till well into the afternoon
