meter reading issue

When I try to submit a meter reading, it says it's an incorrect number of digits entered, but I'm only typing in what the meter reader tells me.
Can you help? Cheers.

what is your present reading
Entered a reading for a neighbor this morning...needed Acc number 9 digits,
meter number 4 digits, MPRN number 11 digits. Pain is the A**.

Make sure you have all correct.
Have you an pld bill?

There are other ways in which meter-readings can be sent in - via this link (https://www.electricireland.ie/ei/residential/manage-your-account/adjust-a-reading.jsp#form) or this link (https://www.esb.ie/esbnetworks/en/domestic-customers/metering/submit_meter_reading.jsp) (directly to ESB Networks).
