Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hello, would anyone know where in Ireland I can get my Kitchen Aid Artisan espresso machine repaired? Any help would be appreciated.

    It appears you have to go to Belgium! Having said that if it is under warranty, try where you bought it or ask in Kenilworth Electrical. They may not do the brand, but I guess they know who do!

    Yes, Belgium! I find it really annoying that they don't have some approved repair services here or UK.
    It is not under warranty anymore unfortunately.
    I found one company in Celbridge, they will have a look at it. If to no success, I will try Kenilworth Electrical. Thanks.

    Call into Brown Thomas (if possible) they will give you the number of a chap who fixes Kitchen Aid stuff

    Hi folks,

    I'm using this thread rather than starting another one on the same topic.

    Our lovely Kitchenaid Artisan coffee machine starter button has failed, and is tripping the fuseboard. We had it serviced a few years ago by a man called Con AFAIC in Kilcock, but I've lost his number as it was on a phone that I had which was sent to the charity collection for recycling before backing it up.

    Just wondering if anyone knows him or has contact details for him? We love our Artisan, and don't want to get a new one. it was a wedding present and on the go a while....

    I have been trying to contact him for last couple of weeks but no luck. Could you please let me know if he answers your phone or email? My Espresso Maker needs to be looked at too and I can't get hold of him. Thanks.
