    hi im looking to get my mprn ,how do i go about getting it

    Hi reaper180,

    If you're a customer with us then you'll find the MPRN on your bill. It's an 11 digit number and begins with 10. If you wish for us to check this on your behalf, we'll need you to supply your name, account number, full address, telephone number or date of birth.

    If you've no bill and are not a customer with us, we can see if we can find it with the RM serial number on your meter box.

    In either case, please send us a private message with the required information.
