I think rule 1 in the op means that seedings still count in 2nd round draw.

Was just about to try and get caught up on this but thanks Spock (and earlier iroced for Group O) for doing this. Apologies to Lemlin and the Group O & P people for my very shoddy updating, it worked out a bad time for me workwise to keep on top of this, and also coincided with me needing to take a week or so of distance from FPL and this place.

My punishment has already been dished out in the form of a humiliating performance in this competition.
