Hello, i moved to UAE a few months back and couldn't cancel my sky subscription without penalty, best option was to downgrade the package to basic and just pay the remaining months by DD until 12 months was up. 12 months is now and and need to contact them by phone only for them to cancel the contract and not continue…

Thanks in advance
