    I have a question with relation to travelling to Cuba that someone here might be able to help me out with. I googed travelling to Cuba and it came up that its not allowed for Americans for tourist purposes. I have a green card and an Irish passport and am wondering if I am allowed to book a flight from NYC to Cancun and then to Cuba? Thanks in advance

    Yes, the embargo is only for US citizens and that will change soon. I am on a visa and flew San francisco-Miami- Kingston and then to Havana wih no issues on he way back in
