There's a guy/company called John Fordham Construction Ltd in the Kilbeacanty/Gort area, maybe try get his number via Google and give them a call?

do you need someone to make a snag list or complete the existing snag list ?

Survey is done, just a number of snag items to fix/complete, but also need tiling, painting and a bit of plumbing to be done. Ideally would like to hire a buildier who could get all the bits and pieces done directly or by subcontracting out but scale of job may be too small to be of interest to established builders who could finish off this property for us ?
