I was reading a post of a westie stolen from outside a Superquinn in Lucan.
Whatever the rights and wrongs of the owner leaving them outside of the shop in the first place, (for which they have received plenty of abuse already on facebook, so please don't comment about it here) there is CCTV footage of a teenager taking the dog but they are not allowed use these images to identify the culprit because of privacy laws, it has been claimed.

I find this infuriating. If anyone can help by spreading awareness of the theft in any way, please do!
