Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi

I was wondering what gyms are good for beginner getting into martial arts?
I prefer striking but I dont mind mixing it up.
My overall goal is just to improve technique and increase my fitness level.

    Thanks

http://www.wolfpackkickboxing.ie/ or check them out on Facebook. I think they're still above O'Brien off license near Tesco, despite what the Website says.

I have trained in Athlone Taekwon-do for years, They have great instructors there. The training is great, plenty of competitions to go to and you can enter Taekwondo and Kickboxing tournaments does not really matter which one you want to do you can cross over and back. Skyboxing is a great fitness and conditioning class and will improve stamina.

    thanks for the feedback guys

I was wondering what the prices are like as they dont list them on their websites or facebook pages.

Is it pay per session or bulk pay?

They do both, it's €35 per month for taekwondo 2 classes a week or €40 per month for kickboxing 3 classes a week. Pay per session is €7-10 depending on the class type.
