What details do I need to make get a bank draft?

    Hi,  I want to send a bank draft to someone for €400 but I'm not sure what details of theirs that I need. Is it just their account name? Thanks!

    Hi onethreefive, 

    Thanks for getting in contact with us here on Boards.ie. 

    To request a draft in a Bank of Ireland branch all you would need is the amount you wish to pay and the recipients name however, drafts can only be order for amounts of E500 and above. 

    Just to mention, if you are registered for 365Online, you can add the recipients details as a payee and transfer to their account directly.
